The service

Event collection, storage, querying and live infrastructure for Roblox experiences. Access is by invitation and approval; there is no self-serve signup.

Price

No charge. Infrastructure costs are borne by the operator.

What the operator receives instead

Ownership of the data collected through the service, including the right to disclose or sell it in raw or aggregated form. See the privacy description. A developer who is unwilling to grant this should not integrate the service.

Developer responsibilities

• Integrating only into experiences the developer controls;
• Declaring the sensitivity class of every field in their schemas accurately;
• Whatever disclosures their own players are owed;
• Compliance with the Roblox Terms of Use, which govern independently of these terms.

Limits

Ingestion is rate-limited per experience against the declared sampling rate. Data exceeding it is downsampled rather than rejected. Sustained excess may result in suspension.

Availability

No availability commitment. The service may be modified or withdrawn.

Termination and what survives it

Either party may terminate at any time. Data already collected is retained after termination and remains subject to the ownership terms above. Suppression may be requested per the privacy description.

Areas a reviewer should expect to add: governing law, liability, warranty disclaimers, indemnities, notice of change, dispute resolution, and whether the operator may act as processor rather than controller for any category of data.
